    Specialist Care Team was founded in 2011 and our client base is growing month-on-month. As a member of our team, you will become highly trained with hands-on experience in specialised adult social care.     Fair Wages

    We pay more than most social care providers and believe that excellence should be rewarded. Depending on your expertise and level of responsibility, our current rates range from £10.50 to £16.50 per hour.

    If you need to travel during work hours, we’ll reimburse you. We offer free bus passes or mileage reimbursement at 40p per mile. You're also paid any travel time.

    Flexible Hours

    Enjoy a consistent schedule that can be adapted to match your availability. Whether you have family obligations, night classes, or a weekly event, it’s easy to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

    Unlike other care agencies, we don’t believe in ‘zero hour’ contracts. We guarantee anywhere from 8 to 40 hours each week, depending on your availability.

    Specialised Training

    Step up to any task with confidence. You will receive a dedicated work phone and comprehensive in-house training to equip you for the job and specific client demands, even if you’re completely new to social care.

    We have over 40 individual courses and competency assessments to get you fully trained. You'll receive additional training for any complex needs too.
